The service
Recoop connects to your Stripe account via Stripe Connect to optimise payment retries, update expired cards, and send recovery messaging on your behalf. We never take custody of funds.
Fees and the guarantee
A $599 one-time setup fee is charged when you sign up. Your first $2,449 monthly charge is not billed until 30 days after signup, and recurs monthly after that — so you will see what Recoop recovers before you pay for a month. If Recoop has not recovered at least 3x its fee in your first 60 days, your next month is free. Full terms of the guarantee (placeholder) will be detailed here.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining an active Stripe account in good standing and for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
